Western Flames Ice Racing Club – Young Athlete Resources

Supporting the next generation of ice racing athletes

Western Flames Ice Racing Club (WFIRC) is committed to developing young athletes and creating opportunities for children and teenagers to discover, learn and excel in the exciting sport of short track speed skating.

Based at Cockburn Ice Arena in Perth, Western Australia, our club provides a supportive and inclusive environment where young athletes can develop their skating skills, build confidence, improve fitness and work towards their sporting goals.

Whether you are just starting out or aspiring to compete at state, national or international level, we believe every athlete deserves access to the right guidance, coaching and resources to reach their potential.
