The Western Flames Ice Racing Club Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap for the growth and development of our club over the coming years. Aligned with the Western Australian Ice Racing (WAIR) Strategic Plan and the broader vision of Australian Ice Racing, it focuses on building participation, fostering athlete development, strengthening club culture, and enhancing communication within our community.

Our plan is centred on creating opportunities for skaters of all ages and abilities, from first-time participants through to athletes pursuing national and international competition. We are committed to developing coaches, officials, and volunteers, delivering high-quality training and events, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone involved.

Through strong partnerships, effective governance, and a culture built on integrity, respect, excellence, and passion, Western Flames aims to be a leading force in the growth of ice racing in Western Australia.
