Recently, a Development Camp was held over 3 days from  Friday July 8 – Sunday July 10, and was attended by 12 people along with coaches Frank Anderson and Mark Chong.

Mark was the first member of WFIRC, he holds many national skating records, has skated for Italy at international events including World Cup Competitions and was the winner of the Junior Europa Cup.

He has recently completed a degree in Sport Science and was an amazing addition to our Development Camp.

Mark demonstrated many technical drills and offered very specialized feedback to the skaters who attended.

Thank you Mark and Frank. Also, to the special chefs who cooked the welcome hamburgers on Friday evening and Adrian at CIA for the use of the Ice Bykes on Saturday evening. Oh and all the flippers of mats!
